Time and Ease: Easy ­ 30 minutes Tools/Supplies: Ratchet w/17 mm socket or 17mm wrench, oil, oil pan, rags, funnel, maybe O­ring Step 1 ­ Unscrew the drain plug located on the right side of the bike (facing forward). It's located just below the oil fill plug, it's round and is about the size of a half­dollar with a 17mm bolt head in the middle of it. Make sure you have a pan underneath the plug before removing it. Set the plug aside and make sure you have the O­ring that should be attached to the inner side of the plug. Step 2 ­ Wait. Let most or all of the oil drain out so give it a few minutes.
